BRUSSELS: Steel giant Arcelor-Mittal is shutting down one of two furnaces in its Ghent plant in western Belgium. The closure will be temporary and the Arcelor-Mittal staff manager Guy Bontinck said that the Belgian workforce should not fear for their jobs.
